IPA #2 follows our trend of NE-style IPA's. Brewed with a heavy dose of wheat and oats. Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Citra hop extract. Dry-hopped intensely with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere grown hops; Motueka, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. Tangerine, mango, papaya, and bright white wine all comingle in this hazy, and smooth IPA.
