Boomtown is a unique North American Bock made with a blend of 2 row, Pils and Hone malts and 12% flaked corn, giving it rich flavor without too much sweetness. Hopped with Centennial, Saaz, Perle and Vanguard hops to balance out its rich flavor. Boomtown is a clean, full-bodied lager with a hint of flaked corn.
