In our brewery we love experimenting with new hop varietals. We especially like it when the hops are named for legendary musician Frank Zappa! Zappa hops are 100% Neomexicanus, discovered growing naturally in the mountains of New Mexico, brought to grow in the Yakima Valley, and never cross bred with other hops. The Zappa hops add notes of stone fruit, pineapple, peppery spice and a hit of floral earthiness. A new way to taste one of our favorite beers!
