A tip of the hat to our Evergreen State, this beer is created using Washington grown barley and hops. Brewed in our post-modern NW IPA fashion we use multiple additions of Simcoe and Amarillo hops to achieve a flavor and aroma reminiscent of the Yakima Valley during harvest.
